Refund Policy

The CURE brand values customer satisfaction. That is why they offer a refund policy if in any case, a customer is dissatisfied with the product. A customer can return the resalable product within 30 days after the initial order, and CURE Brand will provide a full refund.

At The CURE brand, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, let us know within 30 days of receiving it and you will receive a full refund of the price of the product. Please check your products carefully upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged during the shipment process. All products in excess of 30 days will be charged a restocking fee.

A refund of your products will be made within 14 days from when we receive your returned product. To make a return, send an email to orders@thecurebrand.com with details as to why you are requesting a refund, with your order number included in the subject line or main body text of your email. Once we have received your product, you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Costs associated with payment and return delivery may be charged to the customer.

If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee.
